We can accommodate your needs from 2 bedrooms to 7 bedrooms at this 7,500 square foot private Lake Martin home. You choose the accommodations that you need OR rent the entire house and host your next event here! This Lake Martin property has 250 feet of beautiful waterfront shoreline. Total of 7 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms. First level features 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms (one with a GREAT tub overlooking the beautiful lake!) with a HUGE and STUNNING gourmet kitchen. This kitchen features all stainless steel Kenmore Elite appliances, commercial size refrigerator and freezer, a six burner Jenn-Air gas stove top with pot filler, double ovens, warming drawer, built in microwave oven, and HUGE granite bar area with stools and built in bar sink. Downstairs at pool and lake level consists of another 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and full kitchen. Large outside charcoal grill is provided so be sure to bring your charcoal, fluid, foil, grill brush, etc. DID YOU SAY FOOTBALL OR MOVIE NIGHT? HOW ABOUT A 65", LCD, HD TV?!Four HD flat-panel TVs throughout the house. Full size in-ground 36' x 18' SALT POOL is at lake level and lake side. Over 1700 square feet of decks looking at beautiful Lake Martin! Covered boat slip and very private. Deep water year-round. Covered parking for up to four vehicles and additional HUGE parking area outside for many more vehicles and boats. Five minute boat ride to Real Island Marina. 40 minute drive from Montgomery just over an hour from Birmingham, and around 50 minutes to Auburn.
Home has three separate living areas and dining areas. Two kitchens, one upstairs and one downstairs.

*BEDROOMS, BEDS, and BATHROOMS: (UPSTAIRS) Master Suite has one king bed, sofa, pull out twin bed if you need it, 50" plasma TV, DVR, dedicated full bathroom, double vanity, garden tub that looks out over the lake, and private access to the outside upper deck overlooking the pool and lake. First guest bedroom has one queen bed and dedicated full bathroom with double vanity. Private access to the outside upper deck overlooking the pool and the lake. Second guest bedroom has a queen bed, pull out twin bed if you need it, and access to the hallway full bathroom. Third guest bedroom has a queen bed, full size sofa, dedicated full bathroom with double vanity, TV/DVR, and private access to the outside upper deck overlooking the pool and the lake. All of the upstairs has been completely renovated. You won't believe it!!
DOWNSTAIRS:First room has full bed over a full bed and twin bunk beds. Second room has a twin bed over a full bed and a queen bed. Third room has a queen bed and two pull out twin mattresses if you need them. This bedroom also has a private walkout access to the pool and lake at pool and lake level. These three downstairs bedrooms share a full bathroom, full kitchen, and living area with couch, love seat and satellite TV/DVR.

This home is ideal for family and class reunions, weddings, receptions, meetings, corporate vacations, political rallies, company award trips, engagement parties, baby showers, bachelor/bachelorette parties, rehearsal dinners, OR for small weekly or weekend getaways just for the two of you.

We can also rent out 2 BR and 2 BA upstairs separately when dates allow.
During some special events and holidays, a three night stay might be required.
