This is a charming lake front home on a flat lot which has its own Private Boat Ramp!!! Accommodations for 7 people. A back deck for grilling and a small gathering area. A very large gated front porch for family time ( pet friendly ) and watching the Lake Martin sunsets and sunrises. A large boat dock with a large seating area and floating dock for fishing and water fun. RV area has a extra long pier for boat mooring and swimming area. There are night lights on the boat dock for night time fishing. There is a very nice flat large lawn for children to play and 2 driveways for ample parking for several automobiles. This private home and lawn are kept in pristine condition at all times and we "expect" our guest to respect our hard work and pride. The home has a lot of amenities and in excellent working order. The " Dish TV Network " is setup to receive your favorite Auburn or Alabama football game. " Or " share the football afternoon with other fans at " our " favorite lake side restaurant " The Landing Restaurant at Parker Creek Marina " enjoying great food and live music after the game!!! Come share " A Little-Bit-Of Heaven " and help us care for this wonderful place, as we know you will want to return at a later date. This lake home is located 20 minutes by water from 2 marinas and 2 water front restaurants on Lake Martin in the Kowaliga Bridge area. Please understand the RV Parking area, maybe rented at the same time as the home. The owners will always strive to uphold the privacy of their guest. We are very open to a late Sunday checkout as we encourage a wonderful Sunday Brunch with "Lake Side Dining". Pontoon Boat available for rent at local marina during visit .

Home Rules:

Pets : Yes – "ONLY" on the outside and what they deposit, please clean up after. The large front porch has a secure gate to keep your pets from wondering off and night time security.

Smoking : Yes – Outside "ONLY", ash trays are provided and "DO NOT" think of using the lawn.

Must be 30 years of age for consideration of rental.

An inspection after departure will determine the return of your deposit and return request !!

RV - Motor Coach Parking :

The lake side RV parking site is adjacent to our lake home ( a rental also ). The site can accommodate up to a 45 foot Motor Coach. All paved roads to Lake Home and site has large area for other parking . ** On-site private boat ramp and private pier also ** , 50 amp power , fresh water , sewage dump ** NO SEWAGE Lake Side PER Ala Power ** and trash pickup provided. There will be "NO" tents allowed or charcoal grills at any time. " Limited Guest Parking . Please understand the home maybe rented at the same time as RV Parking. The owners will always strive to uphold the privacy of their guest. 2 night’s minimum for " Beautiful Sunset’s " and " Privacy " !!! Pontoon Boat available for rent at local marina during visit . Completely re-fresh the RV water and sewage dump before “ hitting the road again “ .
