RENTAL RATES:
$475 night with a 2 night minimum


$250.00 Cleaning Fee $350.00 Security Deposit
HOLIDAY RATES-
$525 per night with 3 night minumum

RENTAL TERMS FOR THE PROPERTY:



*No Pets on the Property (Inside or Out)
*Max Occupancy - 11 Person
*50% of the Rental Fee and a copy of your drivers license are required to hold your dates (This is Non-Refundable)
* and the Balance of Rental Fee will be due 14 days prior to your arrival date.
* Check in is 4:00PM and check out is 10:00AM, Unless special arrangements are made.
* The Deposit will be refunded within Two Weeks of departure provided No Damage
done, the "No Smoking" and "No Pets" rules were not violated.
*A Cleaning Service Fee of $250.00 is charged, regardless of length of stay.
