Funeral Service for Mr. William Frank Laster, Jr., 86, of Alexander City, Alabama, will be Friday, March 24, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the Chapel of Radney Funeral Home. Rev. Jack Womack will officiate. Burial will follow in the Hillview Memorial Park.
