Galvanized Steel Dock Built approximately 2010 Wood decking under roofed area was replaced in 2020 Overall dimensions 34'x28' Slip size 10'x24' Huge 14'x28' swim pier Hydrohoist lift included (excellent working condition) Hydrohoist Extreme PWC port included (excellent condition) Wired with 4 convenience outlets and 2 LED lights (includes wireless remote that can control lights from over 100' away). Two plastic dock closets included, both in good condition Long slanted aluminum swim stair (not a vertical ladder) with wide treads for easy boarding from water included. Porch swing included. Piped for convenience pump (pump not included) to draw water from lake for spraying off boats and dock Misting system included to cool off the swim pier on those hot summer days. 75' walk bridge with plastic "Brock Dock" decking. (Can be shortened to 60' by deletion of last bridge section). Fish feeder, Lilly Pad, patio furniture, fish cleaning table, and mooring stantions are not included.
