Pennington Park Memorial Day Observance

Pennington Park will observe Memorial Day 2024 on Monday, May 20th through Monday, May 27th, 2024. Pennington Park will display over 2000 American Flags in honor of those former military members who have passed. Additionally, memorial markers will be placed to recognize deceased veterans by name, rank and service component regardless of length of service. If you would like a marker placed in Pennington Park to honor your military loved one (and his/her deceased spouse) at no cost to you, please call/text 334-233-9852 or email kppfitzner@gmail.com with the individual's name, rank and branch of service. Markers are limited so early reservations are encouraged.
