Registration applications are now being accepted for the Fourth Annual Hatchet Creek Festival on June 4 – 5, 2016. The nominal $50 registration fee for this 2-day float event on beautiful Hatchet Creek in Coosa County, Alabama covers: Hatchet Creek Festival t-shirt, Shuttle service for camping gear, Shuttle service for vehicle drivers from take-out site back to launch site, overnight camp grounds with portable potties and hand washing stations, covered areas for dining and socializing, Snacks, Saturday dinner, Sunday breakfast, Music entertainment by Fred Brooks Smooth Sounds and Robert Thornhill, Optional games, Access to private pond for fishing (bring your own fishing gear), unstructured agenda, 2 walking tours (optional) for bird and wildflower enthusiasts, and central campfire.
