Master bath offers a top of the line spa rain shower. What better way to end the day, than with a soothing rain shower with multi functions for body spray as well. Second bedroom has a full size bed with access to bathroom from inside room as well as from the hallway. Full bath with tub and shower. Also provided are a washer and dryer as well should you need to wash somethimg. There may be some laundry soap there, but I suggest you bring laundry soap as there is no guarantee there is enough or that it is what you would choose to use. We know that you will love the warm and inviting open floor plan that our home offers. Our living room has two electric reclining sofas to allow you some “maybe needed” down time. Living area offers spacious comfortable sitting with a big screen smart TV and a fireplace if you choose to enjoy the lake during our cooler months. The large smart TV in the living room is cable ready so you can enjoy a choice of channels as you rest. Off the breakfast area is a seperate sitting area over looking the gorgeous view of the lake. The sofa is large enough for sleeping as is another sofa in the main living area. Our kitchen comes fully stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils and more. There is a refrigerator with water and ice dispenser. Depending on how many are in your group, I suggest grabbing some ice to assure your drinks are not lacking. A brand new stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher will help make family time enjoyable. Soap and dish soap are provided. Plenty of cookware you might need to cook the perfect meal. Breakfast nook offers sitting for 4, with the dining room nearby that will seat 6. If you need more, there is a sitting area next to the breakfast nook. We have also provided a couple TV trays to ensure you all have plenty of options. The open floor plan is perfect for hanging out and or playing some games. We have provided a few games and puzzles for your enjoyment located in the cabinet in dining area. We just ask that you try to put the correct items back in the correct boxes once done, so our next guest can enjoy them as well. This open floor plan has amazing full length wall to wall, floor to ceiling views of our awesome Lake. From the main level you will walk out onto the top covered patio deck which offers two patio tables, chairs and two ceiling fans where you can enjoy dinner with a spectacular view. Our lower level has a bedroom with two twin beds and a full bathroom with walk in shower. The lower level includes a sitting area with a smart tv and a new queen sofa sleeper. Pillows and blankets are folded up in the sleeper. The sitting area opens to the lower patio and from there it is a “steepfree” walk right out to the dock for a refreshing swim or to jump in the boat and head out for the day. We are within minutes of many attractions such as Acapulco Rock (also known as Chimney Rock). The marina and restaurants are a boat ride away. Make sure you hop over to Goat Island to see the sweet goats and if your lucky you can love on some baby goats. Guest bedroom #1 sleeps four with built-in custom twin XL loft beds and a built-in queen underneath the loft and a Futon. Guest bedroom #2 sleeps three with a queen bed and a twin bed. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with incredible lake views and a separate French door to the screened porch. The master has its own bath with two vanities and a large shower, and there is a large walk-in closet. You will have the entire property to yourself during your stay. There is a new driveway from the paved roads leading to the house. In front of the house is a large circle drive with plenty of parking available. The home has its own floating dock that has a 28 foot boat slip, and there is year-round water. Although it is not marked, we ask you to respect our neighbors by treating the cove as a no wake zone. We are located 1.7 miles south of Highway 280 via Coven Abbett Highway in Alexander City, AL. It is a short, 10 minute drive to the nearest grocery store and several restaurants, as well as a nice movie theater. For college football weekends, it is 38 miles to the heart of Auburn University. For race fans, Talledega Superspeedway is a 66 mile drive. We are 5 minutes by boat or car from the nearest marina, and 3 minutes to the nearest public boat ramp. A 3.6 mile drive to the south on Coven Abbett Highway will take you to the 1,444 acre Wind Creek State Park. Our 24’ pontoon boat is included in rental rates. Lakeside Cove is the perfect spot to spend your summer vacation. We are only 40 minutes from Auburn University and 10 minutes to Chimney Rock. In order to provide a healthy and allergen free environment for our guests, this is a strict no smoking and no pet property. Parties or events are expressly prohibited. We do not accept bookings more than 6 months out. The minimum age to book is 30 years old. The maximum number of guests over the age of ten is 10. Two additional children 10 years or under. Our pontoon boat is included in the house rental during boating season. It comes with a tube, jackets and kneeboard. The boat is covered by a Towboat US policy in case you run into any problems on the lake. They are available to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will be required to be in compliance with Alabama vessel license requirements in order to rent the boat. Alabama follows the rules for the state where you have your drivers license. Included in the property rental is an electric powered mini pontoon boat for use in the sloughs. This small boat is NOT intended for big water. Be aware that all Alabama marine boating laws apply to this size boat. That includes minimum age and vessel license requirements for its operation. Accommodations for 12, large covered pavilion, dock, cool tub, hot tub and boat house are waiting to entertain you. The main floor of the house is open concept. The large kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances is fully equipped for your stay. Both Keurig and Cuisinart coffemakers are provided. The dining room seats 10. A high chair is provided for your little one. A 60" TV is in the Living room. The views will take your breath away. A half bath, full laundry room and library stocked with books and games round out the main floor. Go upstairs to find 2 large bedrooms. The master has a king bed and 42" TV. The master bathroom features a double shower and large vanity. A Pack and Play is provided. The Queen bedroom has a 32” TV and connects to its own bath that has a shower. From the main level go downstairs to the kids lair. The lower level has one bedroom with a queen bed, another with a double bed and the bunk room has four twin beds. A large TV room features a 42" TV to keep the kids occupied. There is a full bathroom on this level with a tub/shower. The lakeside Pavilion has comfortable seating areas, dining and a 60" TV. It is the perfect place to sit and look at the beautiful view. The pavilion kitchen area features a Weber charcoal grill and Weber smoker. A gas grill and extra refrigerator are on the lower deck area of the house. Below the Pavilion is the hot tub deck. Enjoy our custom-built stainless steel hot tub. When you get too hot, take a dip in the cool tub. A wonderful way to spend the evening. The lakeside dock is a great tanning spot for you to watch the little ones splash in the beach area. Our slough is a great spot for fishing. Bring your poles and enjoy. Another great feature we offer is pantry items. Relax on the huge screened porch steps away from Lake Martin. Quiet Sandy Creek area has the perfect balance of activity vs privacy. Ski/tube or fish right outside. The yard is flat and grassy, perfect for kicking the ball or laying out. Sit and talk around the fire pit in the evenings. Inside, entertain yourselves with various board games, books and puzzles. Normally we are very generous with all paper products, but right now they can be difficult for us to acquire consistently. We will provide initial amounts of toilet paper and paper towels. You will want to bring supplies with you until this scarcity is over. House has a private boat ramp and dock. Please be aware that the lake water level is controlled by Alabama Power and in the winter depending on what they do as well as the amount of rain received you may need to use the public launch. There is plenty of parking with a long driveway as well as the boat launch. With the house are various floats for swimming, a four person pedal boat, and two kayaks for the adventurous. Due to the mountain like terrain at Eagle Cliff Cabin parking is limited to only 2 vehicles and it is not handicap accessible as there is a 40 to 50 yard walk from the parking area to the cabin. There are two marinas across the slough where you can rent boats and seadoos, they will launch them at the marina. If you want to bring your own boat, we would be happy to guide you to the nearest boat ramp however. This home is on the quiet side of Bluecreek which means you will have to go under the bridge to get to the home by boat. With the height of the bridge it is recommended that if you have a skiboat, or pontoon boat that can't let the top down, do not attempt to go under this bridge!! This home also has two kayaks that are available for use by the guests.

It sits on more than an acre lot and is in a nice and quiet area. It is only 40 minutes from Auburn, 15 minutes from Alexander City and just around the corner is Lakeside Marina at Bay Pines. This cabin has a nice open floor plan with the kitchen opening into the living area. There are two bedrooms on this level, one has two xl twins and the other a king size bed. The bathroom is newly renovated and has a nice tile shower. Downstairs you will find a kids area with a TV and then another bedroom with a king bed and two twin beds. There is also a bathroom that has a tub/shower. Both levels have areas outside where you can sit and relax and enjoy the lake view. Our cabin comes fully furnished with bath towels, linens, dishes, cookware, coffee pot & Keurig, and a blender. We will provide you some paper products to get started but you will need to bring your own for the remainder of your stay. Also, please bring your own beach towels. It should be noted that from October 15 through the end of March the lake level will be at winter pool and our dock is completely out of the water at this time.
