Welcome to Pinecrest Place! Come spend some time on beautiful Lake Martin in our spacious authentic cedar house featuring lake views from every room! Recent upgrades include a huge flagstone patio and furniture plus a gas firepit, and new gas grill. The new wrap-around walkways and balcony with hog wire railing give you safety while not blocking the view. Updated kitchen cabinets, granite & stainless steel appliances and nice tile floors on main level. You will find all the conveniences you could expect from a lake house. Game room/sunroom is finished in cedar shakes and heart pine flooring adding to the cabin feel. If you need an office this room can be closed off for privacy. New bathroom upstairs with walk in shower. Upstairs bedrooms have a walkout balcony with a perfect view of the lake. Extended WiFi for fast service throughout the house. Our home is located on the northern end of the lake in the lower density area which is a great area to play, boat and swim. We are near the River Bridge and the River North Marina and a short distance to Wind Creek. It is a quick 30 minutes to Auburn/Opelika and 90 miles to B'ham.
