Unique, cozy 3 Bedroom, 2 bath condo in an oasis-like setting at Stoneview Summit in Stillwaters. It is a lakeside condo with breathtaking views. This location is great for a romantic get-away or a chance to relax, recharge, commune with nature and enjoy dazzling Lake Martin views and gorgeous sunsets. Stoneview Summit is an amazing complex on the water with a beautiful pool enhanced by a stone waterwall and amazing waterslide only a few steps away. Next to the pool house is a large outdoor picnic pavilion complete with two stone wood burning fire pits, making it a perfect gathering place for friends and family. Our boat slip is right out front and convenient for your boating pleasure.

Our spacious condo has high ceilings and crown molding, solid oak flooring throughout the living area and foyer, tile in the laundry room and baths. The unit has been repainted with updated colors and will not disappoint. The open kitchen has wood cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and the laundry room includes a washer and dryer. The living area has a door that opens up to a spacious balcony with lots of outdoor furniture for your enjoyment. And most of all, it overlooks the gorgeous green waters of beautiful Lake Martin. You will have the perfect spot for morning coffee or reading a book, as you watch the water and the sunrise. The kitchen is updated stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, beautiful cabinets as well as all the amenities of home. The master bedroom has a king size bed, large smart TV and lake front view.

Our Housekeeping services provides a STARTER roll of toilet paper and paper towels. You will also find a queen sized bedroom and full bedroom for guests. And there is a bath just down the hall that has a shower. WiFi is supplied throughout the home and the log-in info will be emailed to you prior to check in. Brand new large flat screen smart TVs in each room provide access to DirectTV, Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon.

Stillwaters is a gated community that provides comfort, security and stunning views of Lake Martin. Stoneview Summit also has a peaceful pool with slide, restrooms at the pool as well as picnic pavilion. There is a boat slip available, so feel free to rent a boat and enjoy some fishing, tubing, kayaking and more on Lake Martin.

Nowhere else will you find a condo on the lake with so much green space and all the amenities of Stillwaters Stoneview Summit. You won't even need to leave the property! There are 2 swimming pools. One is heated seasonally and partially covered for those days you had too much sun. Also included are the pool at Stoneview Summit, the pool at Stillwaters, tennis courts, golf course, outdoor grills, kayaking, etc. We provide keyless entry to the unit so your check-in process is very easy. It is super convenient to restaurants - Copper's, Oscar's, Niffer's and more.

About the Owner

David and I own 4 properties including this one, along with two on 30A and this one just 2 miles west of Rosemary Beach. We love the lake and the beach and enjoy sharing our condos with guests who come to make memories and spend time relaxing. I have a daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter who live about 30 minutes from us and David has a daughter who lives about 75 minutes away. We love family vacations at the beach. We own a healthcare consulting and medical billing business in Alabama and love what we do. Donna has a daughter, son-in-law and first granddaughter as of November 2021, and they live about 30 minutes away. She is a joy beyond our wildest dreams! David has a daughter, son-in-law and they live about an hour from home. It so wonderful to have family close by. Property management and rentals came somewhat natural back in 2013 when we began managing some rental properties near our primary residence. Now that we have a beach place to enjoy and are only 2 1/2 hours away, it was a great move to own and manage condos at the beach. Our dream is for our guests to get away for vacation and enjoy our place and have the "home away from home" feel and make lasting memories with family and friends. We treat every guest with the same respect and professionalism that we want to be treated. Your time with us will be memorable and we hope you will come season after season. We strive for excellence in all we do and we believe that this should be the same experience for our guests. Of course, some things are beyond our control but we always do whatever possible to develop a creative solution to any issue that arises.
