Before Memorial Day and After Labor Day:
Nightly Rates available - $400/ night, 2 night minimum
Please provide your dates and number of people in your party.

June and July: $1500.00/Per Night with a 7 night minimum, cleaning fee is included.
Saturday to Saturday - Check in 4pm, Check out 10am.

Per the State of Alabama we must apply a 4% Lodging Tax.
Per Elmore County we must apply an 11.5% Lodging Tax.
Total Lodging Tax charged will be 15.5%.

$1,000.00 Refundable Damage Deposit.

Payment:
Deposit of 1/2 Rental Fee, non-refundable, and Damage Deposit are both due at the time of signing your rental agreement to reserve your dates.
Remaining 1/2 Rental Fee is due 2 weeks before arrival date.
Personal Check or Cashier's/ Bank Check and a copy of your driver's license is required.
Damage Deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks from departure date.
Must be 25 years of age to rent.
