Enjoy all the comforts of home at this convenient yet private three bedroom, two bath condo. The master bedroom has a King Sealy PillowTop Bed, TV, VCR & Stereo. The other 2 bedrooms have Queen Sealy PillowTop Beds and TV's. There are ceiling fans in all the rooms and on the patio. The kitchen is fully furnished with service for up to 10, blender, microwave, coffee maker, icemaker, full size refer. There is a full size washer/dryer in the laundry room as well. The greatroom has a 32" TV with Surround Sound System, TV, VCR,DVD and a nice leather sofa. There is monopoly & scrabble games as well as rook and texas hold 'em cards to play.
North Lake Condo club is brand new and is just west of Hwy. 280. It is 2 miles south of Alexander City. It is 90 minutes south of Birmingham, 30 minutes to Auburn, 45 minutes to Montgomeny and 2 hours to Atlanta. Russell's North Lake Marina is next door. You can rent a PONTOON there. 2010 FOOTBALL IS $500 FOR FRIDAY & SATURDAY NITE. This includes all taxes and clean-up fees. CK IN NOON FRIDAY AND OUT NOON SUNDAY.
CANCELLATIONS: If cancellations are made 30 days prior to arrival, the security deposit will be refunded, less a $50 processing fee. Cancellations made within 30 days or less will result in the loss of the entire security deposit, unless rebooked.
Security deposits will be refunded within a week of departure, provided there is NO damage, the keys are left in the condo, the trash taken to the dumpster, No Smoking and No pets rules observed and NO COMPLAINTS and NO DISTURBANCE has been caused by the renters.
ANY OF THE ABOVE WILL CAUSE A TOTAL LOSS OF YOUR DEPOSIT. Loss of Keys or Pool Key will result in a cost of $25 from deposit.
